HOW TO ORDER

Order Online A. Ordering online from Art Odyssey is fast and easy. You can pay for your order with American Express, Discover, MasterCard, or Visa. Simply browse through our selection of products and when you find an item you want to purchase click the associated "Add to Cart" button, and the item will be added to your shopping cart. B. You can review and edit the products you’ve added to your cart by clicking on the "View Cart" link in the top left margin. Once you’ve finished shopping, click the "Check Out" button and you will proceed to the online order form. You will then enter your contact information and your payment information and submit the order. It's that easy. C. If, for any reason, there is a problem, please contact us immediately and we will seek to correct it within the policies outlined in this document.

Order By Mail, E-Mail, Fax, or Telephone A. Please print and complete the Art Odyssey Order Form or write your order of a piece of paper. To print order form, CLICK HERE. E-mail it to artodyssey@mindspring.com or fax it to 626-791-7244. If you plan to pay by check, please make your check payable to Art Odyssey and mail it to the address below. B. If you are paying by credit card, you may telephone 626-798-6637. Be sure to sign the order form. C. Browse through our website and click the "Buy Me" buttons beneath the items you want to order and enter the item numbers and descriptions on the order form. Scroll down to view the shipping chart and enter the shipping cost on the form. (The chart is also on the form.) D. Total up your order and mail to: Art Odyssey – 1566 Meadowbrook Rd Altadena, CA 91001. If you order by mail with your credit card, be sure and sign the order form. E. Make checks or money orders payable to Art Odyssey. Please note that all checks take about ten (10) working days to clear. Your order will be shipped when your check clears. Orders paid by money order will ship in accord with our normal shipping policies.

Order By Layaway Plan 1. The minimum order is $300, not including the shipping charges or the processing fee. The layaway period is 60 days. 2. The processing fee is $20 and it is non-refundable. The shipping chart is on the layaway order form. 4. Your payment will be divided into three equal payments. The initial payment is due when you place your order. The second payment is due 30 days later and the last payment will be due 30 days after that. You can pay by credit card, check, or money order. 5. Print our layaway order form then browse through our site and fill out the order form with the items you want to put on layaway. To print the Order Form, CLICK HERE. 6. Complete your order form by calculating your total, including any applicable taxes, the $20 processing fee and shipping charges. Please be sure to print your billing and shipping information clearly. 7. Divide the total amount by three and mail your first payment and the order form to us at Art Odyssey, 1566 Meadowbrook Rd. Altadena, CA 91001. Please give us a call before mailing your order form so we can confirm the availability of all the items. Payments should be made payable to Art Odyssey. 8. We will not send you a bill for the 2nd or 3rd payments. We will only contact you if we don't receive your payments in a timely manner. N If you are paying with a credit card, please give us a call and provide your credit card information again for your 2nd and 3rd payments. We do not keep credit card information on file. 9. You can cancel your layaway at any time. However, you will only receive 80% of your payments as a refund but you can get 100% as an in-store credit.

PRIVACY POLICY
Art Odyssey is committed to protecting your privacy. You can visit most pages on our site without giving us any information about yourself. However, we occasionally do need information to provide services that you request, and this privacy policy applies to those situations. We receive and store any information you enter on our Web site or give us in any other way. You can choose not to provide certain information, but then you might not be able to take advantage of many of our features. We use the information that you provide for such purposes as responding to your requests, improving our on-line store, and communicating with you. We might receive information about you from other sources and add it to our account information.

Collection, Use and Disclosure of Personal Information
Your personal information will be requested when you are registering, signing up for contests or the Ebony Visions Club, or making a purchase. If you are making a purchase or requesting any other service that requires payment, we will request personal information necessary for billing and/or shipping.
